We booked our 10 day/11 night tour of Peru with this company and we only have PRAISE for them. The lady who prepared our tour, Rosa, was very thorough and precise with our wishes and catered for every single one of them. She took into consideration the fact that we were travelling with two 11 year old girls and offered us many activities tailor made for what the girls would be interested in. The guides in Cusco and Puno were brilliant and very knowledgeable. Carlos, our guide in Cusco, was always receiving us with a smile, was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient with our shopping wishes which sometimes delayed the smooth schedule. Everything that was planned for us was lovely: the time in Cusco, the attractions offered, we did some white water rafting with Munaycha (a fantastic local company), horse back riding from Maras to Moray, kayaking at Lake Titicaca, and spent 4 wonderful days at the tambopata Reserve in madre de Dios. I am compelled to take time to write about the tours arranged for us by Perurooms Travel. Specifically, Rosa was unbelievably excellent in making sure all of our details were coordinated perfectly. Our itinerary was not easy. Many moving parts to coordinate, etc.. This was the most well organized and coordinated tour I have ever been on and I have been a world traveler almost two decades. 

I am usually not one to bang the drum but this was indeed exceptional from being met at airports to transfers, tours, guides, etc., there were no problems......NONE. There you are. My wife and I took a trip this year to Peru to visit family and we decided to escape for a few days to visit Machu Picchu.

If you want to take a trip that you will remember for the rest of your life, Cusco\Machu Picchu is the destination and Rosa-Perurooms Travel can coordinate it.

Our tour package to Cusco\Machu Picchu, coordinated by you, Rosa, was very successful.  First day in Cusco was a grand experience when we were able to visit the tours which you setup for us.  We loved the tours to The Cathedral,  Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puca Pucara.  It was an escape to the past and we learned a great deal about the History of the Incas.

The services provided by Perurooms Travel were "top of the line".  Transportation to all destinations was always punctual and the agents were very friendly.  From the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the tours and the return trip to the airport on the last day, the transportation was spectacular.

The trip to Machu Picchu was incredible even from the onset when we experienced the train ride.  The mountains and valleys that the train has to ride through in order to get to Aguas Calientes\Machu Picchu were an incredible sight.  You don't see that every day.  Machu Picchu itself was an experience that we always remember.  There are no words to express the feeling and emotions you encounter when you go up and see the ruins.  The guides were very well informed and spoke both English and Spanish.  This was my first trip out of the United States and thanks to you and your agents, it was a total success.

I would like to personally thank you for all of your help while planning one of the most important trips of my life. I truly could not have done it without you. When I decided to have a professional Travel Agent help me plan my trip, I choose you because of your quick response and professionalism. After reading my Lonely planet travel Peru book and wanting to travel the entire south circuit you made it happen. I studied that book and knew what I wanted to see. When I lost my book on the bus in Puno, I was so sad because pages were highlighted and I had so many places marked to go and see in each town. I cannot thank you enough for finding it and having it delivered to me in Cuzco!!! Thank you for treating us like family. You are truly amazing.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport to the final drop off at the airport we were treated with kindness and greeted with a smile. The transfers to and from the hotels were very reliable and friendly staff. They were so helpful in every way. I do recommend doing some private tours, as we like to ask so many questions and need time for pictures. We were able to do more than the average traveler, due to our time frame of 28 days and have no regrets. The home stay on Lake Titicaca was my favorite experience, but everything was awesome.

I would like to mention the hotels and staff were all great and accommodated our needs. The tour guides were great and very knowledgeable in their history and culture. From the coast of Lima & Paracas, in the dessert of Nazca, to the White city of Arequipa & the Andes, then to the beautiful Lake Titicaca, up to Cuzco and the Sacred Valley, to the unbelievable Machu Picchu, and then to debrief in the Amazon.

This was a trip of a life time, and would visit Peru again. I would in courage anyone to stay a month if possible to take in the culture and people in every region. Now to do the northern part of Peru and maybe the Galapagos. I look forward to planning another Peruvian experience with you again, Rosa.

We cannot thank you enough for your diligent efforts in planning our trip to Peru.  Due to our special circumstance, Rosa was put to task when we told her we wanted to fly out the very next day, giving her literally hours to plan, organize, and finalize our trip.  Not only was Rosa able to make our custom trip happen, she did it with such professionalism and finesse that went beyond our expectations.

The trains, accommodations, tours, private transportation, hosts, were all first class and everything went off without a single hitch. Dear Rosa,

At the very outset, I must thank you for your assistance in making all the arrangements for my trip, including all hotels, all transportations and local guides for each of my trips to Puno, Cuzco, Machu Picchu and Lima, for a 7-night 8 days Tour package.

Honestly, at first, I was very skeptical if Perurooms Travel would be able to deliver all things that they promised. I was pleasantly surprised. The moment I had landed at Juliaca airport (and all other places I had arrived subsequently), your representatives were waiting for me, holding a banner with my name on it. It was a great relief to know that, in a foreign and unknown country, I do not have to negotiate a taxi or try to find the address of a hotel. From this moment on, I knew that I do not have to worry about anything - You took care of everything, including taking care of the hotel stays. All I had to do is present myself at the hotel lobby in the morning, and rest of the day went like a clock work. Your representatives made my day so enjoyable, per the itinerary.

Over the years, I have traveled many places of the world, including many countries in the South American Continent. I am yet to see a so fascinating place as you have in your country. Even though Machu Picchu was the highlight of my trip, Sacred Valley of the Incas was just as fascinating. Tranquility of Uros Lake and Island of Taquile was equally breath taking.

Also just to let you know my niece is going to write an article for a disabled magazine in Australia about going to Machu Picchu, and how it is possible for people in wheelchairs and she will be mentioning your company.

Hi Rosario,

As I wrote to you earlier, we are very happy with all the arrangements you have made for us. We succeeded in seeing everything we wanted to see. If I had to mention anybody personally, I would say that the whole team of people we met in Arequipa and Colca went above and beyond their call of duty to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

One thing I did not wish for was the room without windows in the hotel in Cusco but in the end; it was not that bad, because there were skylights on the ceilings. And we were extremely happy by the pleasant surprise to stay in one of the best hotels in Aguas Calientes. Thank you very much!
