  • In the morning, our Lima City Tour offers the best combination of the different attractions in Lima and its three historical periods: pre-Hispanic, colonial and contemporary. In Lima, there were several different pre-Columbian cultures which are dated thousands of years back. Lima was part of the Inca Empire until was founded by the Spaniard Francisco Pizarro on the 18th of January, 1535. During our guided tour we will travel along its millenary history.
  • A special lunch will be waiting for you at Casa Hacienda Los Ficus where you will also enjoy an admirable Peruvian Paso Horse Show. You will see newly borns as well as horses being trained to the bridle, also adult horses showing off all their strong qualties and very own characteristics. Finally, return to Lima drop off at your hotel.

  • Early pick up and transfer in private car from Lima to Paracas.
  • Start a guided boat trip to Ballestas Islands, giving visitors a chance to gaze at the sea lion colonies. As well you will look out across the hillside at the candlestick-like figure of the Candelabro, carved into the sand with a similar technique to the Nazca Lines.
  • Afternoon transfer in private car to continue your journey to Nasca.

  • Before breakfast, transfer to Nasca aerodrome to get aboard an aircraft to fly over mysterious Nasca Lines.
  • Fifty square km of desert floor were covered centuries ago by vast drawings, figures of mammals, insects and deities. The Nasca Lines are the most extraordinary legacy left by a culture that flourished in 300 BC. The lines are a series of complex designs, some up to 300 meters long which can only be seen in their true dimension from the sky, from an altitude of at least 1,500 feet.
  • Afterwards continue your journey to Arequipa in your private car.
  • Arrival to Arequipa and transfer to your comfortable Hotel.

  • In the afternoon, start your guided tour to Arequipa City, known as the White City for its beautiful colonial buildings made of ‘sillar’, a white volcanic stone. This city lies at the feet of the mighty volcanos of Mount Chachani, Mount Misti, and the snow covered peak of Mount Pichu Pichu. The downtown of the city features Mixed Baroque churches and mansions from the Colonial Period like the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a Spanish city in miniature with stone streets, beautiful patios, and plazas.
  • Overnight: In Arequipa City

  • Guided excursion in private car to Colca Valley, one of the most extraordinary destinations in Peru. We will ascend the hillside of Volcan Chachani, having a spectacular view of Volcan Misti and Pichu Pichu. As well you will have the opportunity to witness and take pictures of one of the most graceful South American Camelids: ‘vicuñas’, where can still be seen in their natural habitat.
  • You will be dropped off at your hotel.

  • Early pick up and departure to the viewpoint Condor Cross to observe the Andean condors, which soar overhead, granting a spectacular view across the Colca Canyon, one of the world’s deepest. Throughout the Colca Valley, you can see colorful pre-Incan agricultural terraces still used today for growing quinoa, corn, barley, and wheat.
  • Overnight: In Colca Valley

  • At noon departure in private car to the City of Puno. Stops on the way at Mirador de Volcanes Patapampa, Pampa de Tojra -birdwatching-, Pampa Cañahuas, Lagunillas –birdwatching. Travel time takes approximately five hours drive.
  • Arrival and transfer to your hotel.
  • Overnight: In Puno

  • Start a living culture and experiential Lake Titicaca excursion. We will take a motorboat to visit the fascinating Uros floating islands –artificially constructed of ‘totora’ reed-. Then continue to the Island of Taquile. After a short walk, inhabitants will share with you their knowledge, experiences, myths, believes, way of living, costumes, their original social system and fine hand weaving technique. Lunch included.
  • Overnight: In Puno

  • We will travel through stunning highland landscapes and will arrive at Inca Anatawi, an interesting Inca Trail remain. Continue to Juli, known as the ‘Little Rome of America’ for its temples. This was a strategic center for the preparation of missionaries. Then go ahead to Pomata to admire this beautiful Andean village and have an incredible panoramic view of the vast lake and the Copacabana Peninsula. Box lunch included. 
  • Finally, return and drop off at your hotel.

  • Pick up and Transfer to Cusco's Train Station to take the First-Class Andean Explorer to Puno. This spectacular rail journey runs on the route between the beautiful city of Puno on the shores of Lake Titicaca and historic Cusco. On the journey passengers are served a three course lunch in their dining car. 
  • Exquisitely decorated in the manner of the great Pullman trains of the 1920’s, the Andean Explorer boasts a full fleet of refurbished coaches. An open-air Observation Bar Car adds to the enjoyment along this beautiful route, and provides the opportunity for magnificent photographs of the scenery.
  • During the ten hour train ride not only the scenery will change between mountains and rolling plains, but also the climate will alter.
  • Arrival to the Capital of the Inca Civilization, Cusco. Drop off at your hotel.
  • Overnight: In Cusco City

  • Morning at leisure to rest and get acclimatized to Cusco's altitude.
  • In the afternoon start a private guided tour that will show you the amazing colonial city built on the foundations of the Inca palaces. You will visit the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun, the Main Square or Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the artisans' neighborhood San Blas and San Pedro Market - the most important in the area-.
  • Overnight: In Cusco City

  • Breakfast at hotel. Pick up in the morning from your hotel in Cusco. 
  • Full day guided tour to Chinchero where farmers and businessmen gather to exchange their products in a fair where they still barter. The Salt Mines of Maras have been used since the Tahuantinsuyo. The view of this complex of nearly 3000 wells is spectacular. The local people happily demonstrate the ancient techniques to visitors, sometimes even allowing them to participate in them. Continue to the Terracing-Agricultural Laboratory of Moray, famous for its sunken amphitheater, made up of four circular terraces which appear to disappear into the earth like an artificial crater. Next continue toward Urubamba. Lunch included. The tour goes on to the town of Ollantaytambo from where you will climb up to its imposing Inca fortress at the top of the mountain.
  • Return and drop off at your hotel. 
  • Overnight: In Cusco City

  • Breakfast at Hotel. At the appropriate time, transfer to the train station. The Hiram Bingham is the most luxurious way to journey between Cusco and Machu Picchu. This train runs from Monday to Saturday.
  • For many visitors a trip to Machu Picchu is a once in a lifetime experience. The Hiram Bingham assures a magical journey never to be forgotten. The carriages are painted a distinctive blue and gold while interiors are luxurious, warm and inviting with elegant decoration in the style of the 1920's Pullman trains. As passengers step on board they are encompassed in a world of polished wood, gleaming cutlery and glittering glass. The train consists of two Dining Cars, an Observation Bar Car and a Kitchen Car, and can carry up to 84 passengers.
  • In the morning en route to Machu Picchu a brunch will be served as you watch the stunning landscape unfold. Upon reaching your destination a guide will show you the highlights of the Machu Picchu citadel. At the end of the tour, limit yourself to taking a stroll around the Citadel.
  • Overnight: In Machupicchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes Village)

  • Breakfast at Hotel. You will have the chance to use your second-day pass. Get up the earliest possible and catch the bus up -approximately 25minutes ride- to the top of the mountain: Machu Picchu Sanctuary. You may take this unique opportunity for a second visit on your own pace or to ascend to the Inti Punku (the Gate of the Sun) for the breathtaking sunrise or to climb the Wayna Picchu Mountain –if you are in shape- for remarkable panoramic views and a truly unforgettable experience.
  • At noon or in the afternoon head back by first class panoramic train to Sacred Valley of the Incas. Transfer from Ollantaytambo Train Station to your Hotel.
  • Overnight: In Sacred Valley

  • Early in the morning you will be picked up at your hotel and with your private guide you will be driven to Awanakancha where you can appreciate the beauty of the Peruvian Andes with its South American camelids. It’s also famous for its dyeing, spinning, and weaving processes. Artisans use materials and you can see them weaving right there in front of you. Then the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, to the underground cave and temple of Kenko, Puca Pucará and to Tambomachay, known as the Baths of the Inca.
  • Free afternoon at leisure and spend the whole day sightseeing the lively ancient Inca capital. Cusco is one of the best cities in Peru to try our Peruvian cuisine, to shop, to visit museums, walk along the colonial city, and party. 
  • Overnight: In Cusco City
