Sorry it took me so long to come up with a testimonial. I have been so busy at work, you cannot imagine! In any case, I wanted to write something nice because you and your team truly offer outstanding services. I congratulate you on your professionalism and thank you kindly for your care with me and my mother.
I am attaching a couple of pictures at the bottom of the e-mail: one of me and my mother at Tambomachay, one at the Uros Islands (in traditional dress) and one of me at the top of Amantani Island.

Since I was very young, I remember my mom telling me that her dream was to visit Machu Picchu. For years I thought about offering her the trip but it was not until last July that her dream could finally come true.
I had been trying to plan the trip by myself and it was so complicated (I am no expert) that I was about to give up on the whole enterprise when I started chatting online with this very nice lady who in minutes gave me more information than I could have gathered in weeks.
Little by little, Ms. Rosa Amelia Merino gained my trust and at the end, she took over and planned my entire trip. I am a very busy professional and the time Perurooms saved me on planning was fundamental for the success of my trip.
As I was traveling with my mother, I wanted to make sure that we would have no hassles and that mom would enjoy her stay to the max. I could not have chosen better. Perurooms was there for us every step of the way: the transfers were comfortable, the guides were well trained and, the personnel was courteous and punctual.
I must add that while on different tours, I came across a large number of tourists who either planned their own trips or did not plan at all and, without a doubt, their trips were much more costly, a lot less comfortable and a lot more unpredictable than ours.
Perurooms even helped me with a medical issue at the end of my trip and, in a touch of pure class Ms. Merino called me before my departure back home to check on my health condition.
I am grateful to Perurooms and their staff - especially Ms. Rosa Amelia Merino - for helping me make my mother's dream come true.
It is without a shadow of doubt that I highly recommend Perurooms for your trip to Peru. And mommy agrees!

Just to let you know that the reservation you arranged for us at La Cabana, Aguas Calientes, went well. They had sent someone from the hotel to meet us at the train station and carry our bags. Thank goodness, as we may never have found the hotel on our own and lagging our bags in the high altitude would have done us in.
They later met us at the train station with all our luggages and were there long before the arranged time.
Everything worked like a dream and our hike up to Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu was breathtaking. Thank you for making this leg of our trip worry-free.
If we ever return to Peru, which I am sure we will at a later time, I will certainly call on your services.

Quiero darles las gracias por todo el trabajo que hicieron Uds. a nuestro favor. Nuestro viaje a Peru fue excelente. La Casa Andina en Cusco y Lima estuvieron excelentes... no tan, tan caros… pero a la vez muy buen servicio.
Nuestra estancia en Cusco fue de lo mejor, fuera del pequeño episodio en que una hija se enfermó, pero el Dr. enviado por el hotel fue de lo más excelente y el servicio de laboratorio y farmacia también. Mil gracias, se alivió mi hija en una día y pudimos seguir adelante con nuestro viaje a Machu Picchu y el recorrido de ese día.
La guía que tuvimos nos explicó de una manera excelente todo. Y fue una gran sorpresa la parada en el restaurante en el camino a Ollantaytambo, donde la comida y el ambiente fueron fabulosos. Claro que nos hubiera gustado quedarnos allí más tiempo, por la música. Gracias.
Bueno, estaremos recomendando sus servicios a cualquier persona que sepamos que va a Peru, por su profesionalismo y manera de hacer las cosas tan bien.

I had a fantastic experience with Perurooms.com. My entire trip from start to finish was meticulously organized and planned outl.
All of the guides and drivers were outstandingly courteous even at the early hours of some departures. All spoke English well and were polite enough to let me practice my Spanish with them.
The experiences were once-in-a-life-time and I would not change a thing.

Escribimos para agradecerles muy sinceramente el haber hecho de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable.
Mi familia y yo quedamos realmente muy sorprendidos de las maravillas de Cusco, Machupicchu y sus alrededores, pero también muy satisfechos con el profesionalismo que mostraron ustedes durante todo el proceso. Me refiero a la orientación previa al viaje, la comunicación permanente durante este y sobre todo el profesionalismo y simpatía de todos los guías y demás personas que nos acompañaron durante estos 6 días.
Los hoteles fueron escogidos con buen gusto y las reservaciones estaban siempre bien hechas y jamás tuvimos ningún problema, las coordinaciones en general de recojos y reservas resultaron impecables, así como las interesantes visitas y recomendaciones para restaurantes.
La verdad es que estamos muy agradecidos de ustedes por habernos ayudado a tener unas vacaciones impecables, así que felicito a todo el equipo a través tuyo y absolutamente los vamos a recomendar y considerar para nuestras siguientes vacaciones.

I just wanted to let you know that our trip was just perfect. Thank you very much for all of your help, all of our transfers showed up on time and even had our boarding passes printed out for us.
Of course the Inkaterra properties were wonderful, but considering the price we expected that. I was surprised by how good the food was as the Reserva Amazonica. When you consider that we were in the jungle the food was absolutely amazing. The other places that really impressed me were the Sol y Luna, maybe one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. We also thought that that the Libertador Cusco was a fantastic value. Maybe not as historic as El Monasterio but a very nice hotel built in a historic style at a fraction of the price. All in all we were extremely happy with all of the hotels we stayed at.
As soon as I get a few minutes to myself I'll be happy to email you something a bit more in depth that you'll be able to put in the testimonials portion of your website.
