Lima. Sep. 10 (ANDINA). One of the guest stars at the International Gastronomic Fair 2010 Mistura. Wilson Succaticona. producer of the best organic coffee in the world. will share with the audience the secrets of his star product ‘Tunki’ on Friday.
The farmer from the jungle province of Sandia in Puno. southeastern Peru. will participate in a joint press conference along with other coffee growers of the country to talk about the prospects of Peruvian coffee.
Event will be attended by the president of the National Board of Coffee César Rivas. as well as by representatives of the Agrarian and Coffee Cooperatives from Sandia Valley (CECOVASA). entity associated with the producer of Tunki.
Tunki coffee won the award as ‘best specialty coffee in the world’. beating important producers like Colombia. Guatemala and Kenya within the framework of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) 22nd Annual Exposition.
The conference will be held at 11:00 am (16:00 GMT) at La Pergola auditorium located opposite the Lima Art Museum. in the Parque de la Exposicion. venue of the third edition of Mistura.
