Lima. Jun. 22 (ANDINA). Renowned Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio opened his second restaurant 'Tanta Madrid' located at Plaza del Peru (Spain) this week.
The attendees to Tanta Madrid’s opening tasted a Peruvian menu including chicken sandwiches. causa limeña. lomo saltado. cebiche and anticuchos. among others. said El Comercio newspaper.
They also enjoyed bakery made by Ingrid Gutsche as well as cocktails such as the flagship liquor Pisco Sour. Algarrobina. Chilcano made also with Pisco. among others.
While Astrid y Gaston in Madrid is visited by entrepreneurs and important Spanish people. Tanta Madrid is aimed to the general public due to its affordable prices.
Tanta Madrid’s manager said that guests will find an excellent service and the best of Peruvian gastronomy.
