Lima. Mar. 07 (ANDINA).- Las Balsas ruins at the archaeological complex of Tucume

In statements to Andina news agency. Sialer said visitors can appreciate the archeological site thanks to an economic contribution of over 1 million soles from the Peru-France Counter Value Fund.
Enhancement works at Las Balsas ruins -located in the Tucume archeological complex- began in 2008.
'France’s government has invested on the construction of a permanent protective cover made of metallic material. as well as in the research and preservation works of the site. The Unidad Ejecutadora financed the construction of the tourist site.' he added.
He also mentioned that Tucume's municipality improved the road towards these important ruins in Lambayeque.
